Trademarks and non-affiliation

Seawall Refrigeration is an independent appliance repair company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by Sub-Zero or its parent company. All brand names and model numbers are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the appliances we service.

Sub-Zero is a trademark of Sub-Zero Group, Inc.. We use it in its ordinary descriptive sense, to say which appliances we repair. No manufacturer logo, typeface or colour scheme appears anywhere on this site, and nothing here should be read as a manufacturer endorsement, appointment or program membership. If you require work carried out under a manufacturer program, contact the manufacturer directly.

The content on this site

The repair pages, area pages and tide notes are general guidance written from field experience. They are not instructions for you to carry out yourself, and they cannot substitute for someone looking at your appliance. Refrigeration work involves sealed refrigerant circuits and mains electricity; refrigerant handling is regulated, and our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification for it.

Distances to the Atlantic quoted on the area pages are approximate straight-line map figures rather than measurements taken at your address. Cleaning intervals, inspection sequences and the order in which we check things are our own field practice, not a manufacturer specification, and the right interval for a particular cabinet is the one we give you after someone has seen it.

Estimates, work and payment

  • Flat $129 diagnostic. It is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with the work.
  • You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor is billed.
  • An estimate is valid for 30 days and assumes parts availability at the time it was given.
  • Access to the appliance and to the machine compartment is the customer's responsibility.
  • Payment is due on completion unless something else was agreed in writing.
  • 90 days on labor, 365 days on parts. Genuine OEM parts on every repair. The full terms are on the warranty page.

Limits

We are liable for our own workmanship and for the parts we supply, as set out in the warranty. We are not liable for food or beverage loss, for consequential loss, or for pre-existing conditions in the installation that we identified in writing and were not asked to correct. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot lawfully be limited.

Every link on this site points somewhere inside this site. We do not link out to other repair companies, and a page that appears to be ours but sits on another domain is not ours.
